Refund Policy

*Covid-19 Exclusion to Standard Conditions of Sale and Return: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are unable to accept returns of face masks, respirators, filters or face coverings opened disinfection products. This exclusion has been imposed on PPE Suppliers by the manufacturer due to spread of infection and associated risks.

We apologize for this exceptional Covid-19 condition, and trust you understand. Please accept these terms and exclusion to standard returns policy as no refunds will be issued, thank you. We stand by the quality of our products and if there is a mechanical defect within 90 days and no misuse we will gladly replace after it is returned and inspected.

Standard Conditions of Sale and Return

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you have the right to return them within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

The cost of delivery, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by you and the goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund.

If the goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Mask-it-now reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to re-deliver the goods will incur a further delivery charge which will be payable in advance by the customer.

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by email only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please email our sales support using maskitnowsales@g-mail.com or use our contact us page - please reference your order number in communications and or invoice reference in order for us to identify you and the products to be cancelled or returned.
